Shipping
Currently, we ship only within Bulgaria.
We offer you two convenient delivery methods:
- BOX NOW: You'll receive your package at a convenient BOX NOW locker.
- Econt: We'll deliver the package to your specified address or to an Econt office.
When will you receive your order?
- In-Stock Items: If the item is in stock, we'll ship it within 48 hours of you placing your order!
- Made-to-Order Items: For items that are made to order, it will take 5-14 working days. We'll send you an email to let you know exactly when your order will be shipped.
Returns
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days. Contact us and we'll arrange everything for you. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
